JACKIE

I posted a couple of photos of Jackie in my last post about the Hasselblad Masters Shoot. Unfortunately there was a lack of balance with the three photos I had planned. Two were of boating, one was on the docks. Similar sure, but with two of them fitting together super close. Maybe it doesn’t make total sense but I decide to keep it absolutely cohesive, pulling the old bridge photo as a replacement. Three images of boat driving.

Anyway, even though I posted a couple already, I thought there should be separate post for these images. Here goes.

HASSELBLAD MASTERS SHOOT

For years, I have wanted to be able to enter Hasselblad Masters. I’ve never had the three years of professional experience, medium format gear, or quality of photography necessary. But this year, with Hasselblad introducing the Project//21, which allows all young photographers, professionals and amateurs under 21, to enter, and bringing the size requirements down to 16mp, I entered the three pictures for the 2014 competition.

SENIOR PICTURES: RACHEL

If you follow along here, you’ll know that I’ve made some photos with Rachel before. Twice actually. Today, I finally get to share her senior pictures, as she starts her last year of high school tomorrow. Cheers to that.
